Let me introduce myself, My name is Maksim, I was in practice as a deck cadet in Thome Ship Management 2 times & have a promotion for 3rd mate. Both of my services went in full crew mix, it was easy for me to adapt because my English allowed (The English subject was passed with excellent marks and has an achievement certificate). During my seagoing, I applied the theory studied at the University for mooring operations, navigational watch & cargo watch. Also helped to assist 3rd mates and gradually familiarized with responsibilities of the next rank.
